Yes that's right, here is Groucho Marx (17"), the fifth of Effanbee's Legend Series... a wild and crazy guy and a celebrated personality amongst those who faced the footlights. Groucho was certainly the most lasting character of the famous Marx Brothers. However in the beginning it was Groucho, Chico, Harpo and Zeppo, born with greasepaint on their faces that took New York by storm in 1924 with their first hit "I'll Say She Is". From there they cavorted through plays and films driving writers and producers wacky as they habitually refused to follow scripts but instead treated us to their zany personalized humor. Groucho managed to lead the way and immortalize himself with his unique wit, wisdom and appearance. Effanbee has brought to life this genius of laughter complete with all his trademarks, the greasepaint moustache, swallow tail coat, spectacles and even a smelly cigar... whew!! Thanks for the memories Groucho... you made us laugh hilariously!!
